About Us

We are a Pioneering Care and Wellbeing Company

We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of providing the highest quality care and wellbeing to the people we support.

Chris Gage founded Thrive Homecare, alongside a leadership team of highly experienced professionals to ensure that people can have the best possible quality of life in older age. Chris’s background in leading quality improvement in care and Nathan’s experience of improving access to good-quality financial planning, led them to launch Plan with Care in 2018 - working alongside solicitors of older people to support them in a tailored and creative way.

After successfully improving quality of life for older people and their families through solicitors, the team recognised a broader need for a holistic approach to care and wellbeing in later life. Drawing on experience and a passion to change the care system, Thrive Homecare was launched in early 2025.

We go beyond traditional care, we focus on what brings people joy, what truly matters to them, and how we can enrich their lives.

At Thrive, our team is made up of Health & Wellbeing Associates, a title that reflects our holistic approach to care. Our role goes beyond just assisting with daily tasks, we focus on enhancing overall wellbeing, ensuring those we support feel valued, comfortable, and engaged in life.

Our Health & Wellbeing Associates provide:

Personal care – Help with washing, dressing, and mobility.
Practical support – Meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks.
Companionship – Building meaningful relationships and encouraging enjoyable activities.
Emotional wellbeing – Offering reassurance, conversation, and social engagement.
